On Wednesday, August 28, 2022 , a webinar on empowering women in intellectual property, innovation and business was held, with the participation of Dr. Shadi Jamili (Head of the Secretariat of the Young Thinkers and Scientists Festival), Dr. Meshkat Asadi (CEO of its New Business Group), and Mr. Mehran Khosravani (Director of the Middle East Department of the World Intellectual Property Organization).
“Celebrating the role of women in advancing intellectual property goals, creating creativity and innovation in the world by women, overcoming challenges and taking advantage of opportunities in the field of intellectual property, the impact of a diverse workforce on fostering a culture of innovation and accelerating global progress, and providing scientific advice on exploring the world of intellectual property” were among the topics discussed in this webinar.
During this webinar, Dr. Shadi Jamili introduced the Festival of Young Thinkers and Scientists, the distinguishing feature of this scientific event from other festivals, the support and encouragement of the winners until the commercialization stage and the flourishing of their talent, and considered this webinar an opportunity to introduce some of the outstanding achievements of women in the field of intellectual property.
