Then, Dr. Khosravi introduced the World Intellectual Property Associations (WIIPA) as follows:

WIPA aims to promote invention and innovation. The Middle East Regional Office was also established to increase unity and focus on new members. This office is more active in East Asia because the Middle East, as a developing region, needs more attention, and in this regard, a regional office has been established in Turkey.

In order to increase the efficiency of this group, it has increased its focus on the process of training and providing services to member countries, monitoring their activities, attracting members and regional policy.

This group also has missions. Including:

1- Providing services such as consulting on effective communications, patenting and intellectual property related to inventions for members

2- Participation of members as well as university representatives in practical seminars (domestic and international)

3- Interaction and cooperation between member organizations, inventors and manufacturers to strengthen multilateral relations

4- Establishing research centers with the aim of training and holding international forums

The head of the Middle East Office of VIPA finally noted:

Through this complex, young and talented inventors benefit from the expertise of trainers and as a result, their talents flourish.

Dr. Mohammadi Panah presented his request to introduce international judges and international speakers for the closing day.

Finally, Dr. Khosravi announced his agreement to cooperate and interact with the Festival of Young Thinkers and Scientists and announced his proposal to introduce a representative to the VIPA complex in line with the activities of the above complex.
