In a meeting held in July 1402 between the members of Golrang University and the Young Scholars and Scientists Festival, Dr. Jamili – Head of the Permanent Secretariat of the Festival provided explanations regarding this scientific event.

Dr. Mudab – Executive Director of the Festival continued by noting: The specialized meeting of the top festivals was held for the first time last year by the Secretariat of the Young Scholars and Scientists Festival, and the purpose of holding it was to overlap the activities of the top festivals and to cooperate and interact more in identifying national and transnational talents as best as possible.
Then, Dr. Amiran – President of Golrang University, while introducing the complex, made some points: “Professor Fazli Startup Award” has been operating since 2019 with the aim of identifying talents, and now it is focusing on projects whose readiness levels (TRL) are above 5 (i.e., they have a complete sample and can be presented in the market).
He continued: The group’s startup affairs are divided into 2 parts: Part 1: Award, Technology Cores, and Growth Center. Part 2: Golrang Innovation Center.
In addition, courses such as: MBA+, DBA+, free entrepreneurial skills courses for students aged 12 to 18, women’s empowerment courses, artificial intelligence courses, and the POST DBA experience-based course are also held under the supervision of this complex.
At the end of the meeting, Dr. Amiran expressed his request for cooperation between the festival and the Golrang complex in several areas, including: holding joint events, supporting the idea generators of the two complexes with the aim of developing their activities, and also expanding the activities of intelligence Artificial intelligence was proposed and it was decided to draft a memorandum of understanding and review the areas of participation in executive meetings.
